Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of federalinjuryspecialists.com. Effective date: September 19, 2026.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using federalinjuryspecialists.com (the "Site"), operated by Federal Injury Specialists ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. The Site provides general information, not medical or legal advice
Content on the Site — including descriptions of the Federal Employees' Compensation Act (FECA), the Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP), claim forms, deadlines and benefits — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, is not legal advice, and does not create a physician–patient relationship. Federal workers' compensation rules change and are applied to individual facts by OWCP; always confirm current requirements with the U.S. Department of Labor and, where appropriate, consult a qualified attorney or representative. Claim eligibility and benefits are determined solely by OWCP. Nothing on the Site guarantees that a claim will be accepted or that any benefit will be paid.
3. No affiliation with the Department of Labor
Federal Injury Specialists is a private medical practice. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of the U.S. Department of Labor, OWCP, the U.S. Postal Service or any federal agency. References to those agencies and to their forms are for identification and educational purposes only.
4. Appointment requests
Submitting an appointment request through the Site does not create a confirmed appointment or a physician–patient relationship. Appointments are confirmed only when a member of our staff contacts you. Do not use the Site for urgent or emergency medical needs. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
5. Patient testimonials and reviews
Testimonials and reviews displayed on the Site reflect the experiences of individual patients and are not a guarantee, promise or representation of the results any other patient will experience. Results vary.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems; to interfere with the Site's operation; to scrape, harvest or collect information about other users; or to reproduce, frame or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts and code — are owned by or licensed to Federal Injury Specialists and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved. "Federal Injury Specialists" and our logo are our trademarks; other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site uses third-party services, including a form provider (JotForm) and Google Maps, and links to third-party websites such as the U.S. Department of Labor and ECOMP. Those services and sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that information on the Site is complete, current or free of errors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Federal Injury Specialists and its owners, physicians, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, benefits or profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for professional medical services actually rendered to you as a patient, which is governed by applicable law and our patient agreements.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Federal Injury Specialists and its owners, physicians, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bronx County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Accessibility
