Alexander Sherman earned his degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo and has been a licensed New York physical therapist since 2000. He founded and leads Federal Injury Specialists, bringing more than two decades of hospital-based and outpatient experience in orthopedics, sports injuries, arthritis management, workplace ergonomics, postural re-education and injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents.
Working with patients of all ages taught Mr. Sherman the importance of one-on-one care: every federal employee receives an individualized treatment plan that best suits his or her diagnosis and job demands. He continues his education through courses in the latest therapeutic techniques and is fluent in Russian.

Francy graduated with her Bachelor's in Physical Therapy in 2005 from Dr. MGR Medical University in Chennai (Madras), India, and began her career at Madras Medical Mission hospital providing chest and limb physical therapy in pediatric and adult ICUs for pre- and post-operative cardiac patients, as well as renal-transplant and IVF patients. She also worked with the YMCA Madras helping athletes recover from injury.
Francy moved to New York in 2009, practicing at a Tarrytown nursing home and then a Yonkers assisted-living / dementia unit for five years before joining the Federal Injury Specialists team, where she manages sports injuries and restorative and maintenance PT for adult, geriatric and pediatric patients.
